Finally we have a draft of a complete script for The Anatomy of Melancholy. It has taken a long time to assimilate the huge book and select the key elements that cannot be left out, there is always just one more ‘great bit’ fighting to get in.

Now there is a script to work from it feels as if the handbrake has been let off and we are working fast. All the discussion around the text edit is now proving useful; as we look to stage the text we find we know it well, why it is there and the job it is supposed to do. Collectively we are growing exited.
