We’re three days into week two devising The Cardinals. Since we ceased agonising around a table and started making up bits of theatre it’s all stared to get quite exciting. The first of Miguel’s beautiful scenic items arrived on Monday evening. Yesterday Arvo was sizing up the lighting challenge. There’s a costume fitting tomorrow (a very rare thing for us to have costumes made – we normally have more trouble around costume choices than anything else).

We now realize we need to recruit a Birmingham based Stage Manager / Designer to find or make us loads of items. It’s probably only three weeks work but it should be fun. Applications to admin@stanscafe.co.uk asap.
