Today was a day of standard contrasts. In the morning a small team, aided by forklift truck & driver kindly lent by our landlords, loaded a lorry with everything required to stage The Cleansing Of Constance Brown in Potsdam. In the afternoon we took a tram up to The Public to meet the author Allan Ahlberg, who, along with his work, is to be the subject of an exhibition there and the next edition of our Steps Series. He was fresh from visiting his old school and proved to be just as amusing and engaging to talk with as his books are to read. Meanwhile, elsewhere, a team were performing the first act in our new series of performances/interventions Together With Love We Will Make This Citadel Glorious, news of which we will share with you shortly.
