Chipping Norton Arts Festival
5 October 2019
Chipping Norton
We were very happy to be invited to be part of the first Chipping Norton Arts Festival which brought together local and national visual artists and performers for a one day only feast of creativity. We were based in the very impressive surroundings of the Town Hall which proved to be the perfect venue for the show. With its doors open to the street the show drew in a fantastic number of visitors. In all 850 people saw the show in just one day, which for a town with a population of under 7,000, was pretty impresseive. We had some lovely conversations with visitors who were keen to talk about the show and how it made them feel. There was a real buzz around the town throughout the day and we are sure that this festival will be the first of many to come.
